The bed was terribly soft and felt worn out, we asked to be changed to another room and were promptly given a new room which was fine. We have stayed at the Horseshoe many times before going back to when it was Bally’s. Hotel needs refurbishing, specially the lobby area.

The casino was run well however we never had a waitress ever come and ask if we needed drinks. They were too busy for the amount of staff they had. Took all day as well to get someone to clean your room. And the room for an upgrade was in need of some renovations.
